Personal workplace resilience is the ability to respond to the various challenges of work in a way which enables you to flourish. COVID-19 is having an adverse effect on our wellbeing and is triggering and worsening mental ill health conditions. This webinar describes how you can ehance wellbeing with a lifestyle wheel – where you think through how you balance elements of your life, including work, sleep and leisure.
The good news is that, just like our physical fitness, you can improve your wellbeing with action and reflection on habitual behaviour patterns. This activity, with Wellbeing and Resilience Coach and Trainer Steve Wood, guides you through the Lifestyle Wheel activity. You’ll need a pen or pencil, and can do this activity with a blank sheet of paper or can download and print the template below.
