Louise Emerson has worked at CEO and senior management level in the Heritage & Cultural sector for over 25 years and was Head of Business & Commercial Strategy at the Natural History Museum for 10yrs leading the £16m commercial team, brand development and significant change management. Louise set up Take the Current in 2017.
Louise works with organisations on their strategic and business planning; organisational refocus & change; income generation & fundraising and development of audiences and Boards. She has worked with several heritage organisations in developing their resilience, income generation and adapting their Boards.
